TIFFANY GRINKE

OFFICE SPECIALIST

Tiffany Grinke has served as an office specialist at the Sheet Metal Institute since 2025, supporting members and apprentices with a wide range of training center needs. Her responsibilities include scheduling, processing applications, maintaining student records, and coordinating required reporting with the state of Oregon, the VA, and Mt. Hood Community College.

Before joining the Sheet Metal Institute, Tiffany managed teams ranging from eight to 65 people in banking, retail, and distribution. Throughout her career, helping people has been a consistent focus. She values listening, providing support, and helping others work toward their goals.

Tiffany especially enjoys watching apprentices build their skills and confidence throughout the program. Seeing someone begin a class feeling uncertain and leave proud of what they have accomplished is one of the most rewarding parts of her work. She also enjoys witnessing the creativity members bring to projects using the skills they have learned through the trade.

Originally from Heber Springs, Arkansas, Tiffany moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2016. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time on the water, traveling, reading, doing puzzles, watching movies, and enjoying live entertainment. Her husband is a pianist and music director for Disney Cruise Lines.
