Our application process utilizes a point system to determine entry into our program. Points are earned from testing and interview scores, as well as additional training, experience, or credentials. Details and point values are available here. Following the interview, you’ll join a ranked pool of candidates, from which apprentices are accepted based on current rankings. Individuals who thrive in our program have a basic understanding of our trade, a strong work ethic, an excellent attitude, and possess an unwavering commitment to succeed.
